Memorial to gunners who shot V1 rockets from the sky in the area. Thanks to the efforts of these men, Greater Antwerp has been spared more disaster. Special Allied units shot down more than 90% of V1's during the period October 1944 and April 1945. Still a place to pause for a moment. Antwerp would have looked completely different without these interceptions.
