St. Stephen's Church in Untermarchenbach near Haag an der Amper was built in the 15th century. The main altar depicts the stoning of St. Stephen, flanked by St. Benno and St. Nicholas. The starry sky in the chancel is particularly beautiful. The side altars depict St. Mary and St. Leonard. Also worth seeing are the eight stained-glass windows from 1878. The Baroque choir and lay stalls date from 1730.
