Hiking

The 52 meter high dune offers a wonderful view with a perfect mathematical horizon. Here you can admire the viewpoint from which you can admire the beauty of the dunes, the Curonian Lagoon, the sea, the woods and also the panorama of Nida. This is the only place in Lithuania where you can see the sun emerge from the Curonian Lagoon early in the morning and sink into the Baltic Sea in the evening. In 1995, the sundial calendar was erected on the dune. The calendar shows the exact local time.
