This magnificent road which passes through the dam lake of Saint-Cassien, Tanneron and Mandelieu-la-Napoule is also called the mimosas route, as these trees are numerous on this section. Mimosa is a beautiful winter flowering tree, well known for its golden yellow flowers.
This road has a third name: the road of the perched villages of the east of the Var. You will see in addition to beautiful views of the sea at the end of the route, many villages on their promontories.

Here you can collect short steep climbs well altitude. It never gets boring with the dream landscape. There is hardly any traffic and the roads are in perfect condition. The runs are winding but without hairpin bends. You feel like a slalom rider.
