The Rodach spring, located directly on the WOM cycle path from Leimrieth to Stressenhausen, marks the beginning of the Rodach River. A second spring, less well-known, is located in Stressenhausen. A hut here invites you to rest.

Rodach source with shelter The Rodach rises south of Hildburghausen-Leimrieth in Thuringia. During its course it crosses the Thuringian-Bavarian border three times between Heldburg Land and Coburg Land. It flows into the Itz in Bavaria west of Bodelstadt. (Wikipedia)
