The Serles towers prominently out of the Stubai Valley, making it the ideal summit for sunrises and sunsets. A spectacle where you will rarely be alone here. You will enjoy a 360-degree view of the most beautiful mountain landscapes, which will be many times more beautiful with the first or last rays of sunshine of the day.

A great mountain, which is insured just before the summit with steel cables and a ladder. Alone one is never here, not even in the morning at 5 when it is cloudy. But still worth it :)

The Serles, also known as the Waldrastspitze, is the 4th highest mountain of the Seven Summits in the Stubai Valley at 2728 m. It is a very beautiful mountain with a view of Innsbruck, the Europa Bridge and the Stubaital. Views towards the Zillertaler such as Olperer or Schrammacher and the Dolomites are also available on a clear day. The ascent is not very demanding, which the imposing view of the mountain from the Innsbruck side would not suggest. It's worth leaving early, as the great view draws crowds.

It took us 2 hours 40 minutes from Maria Waldrast. A short ladder and passages secured with steel cables lead to the summit. Climb up a bit more. But doable.
