Beautiful castle of medieval origin today houses the WiMu - Wine Museum
September 21, 2021
The Castello Falletti, once built as a defensive fortress, is a landmark for many kilometres in the Langhe landscape. The 10th-century foundations keep our feet firmly on the ground. The strategic location of the renovated 13th-century castle still offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and vineyards. The castle is now one of the ‘best wine museums’ in Italy. The museum is spread over some five floors and explores the history and current techniques of wine growing in the area.
