A beautiful church, built on the striking, 38-meter rose quartz rock, which is one of the most beautiful geotopes in Bavaria. The church is a well-known place of pilgrimage. Every year in spring and autumn, many pilgrims meet here for the Kreuzberg festivals.

Absolutely worth seeing complex with the Roman-Catholic pilgrimage church Heiligkreuz, also called Kreuzbergkirche, as the central starting point. Next to the church, rebuilt after a fire in 1901 and consecrated in 1908, there is a small park with a pond and water feature, a Lourdes grotto and a prayer grotto. The pilgrimage church stands on a 38 m high, steep rose quartz rock.
