We did this tour on a Calima day. The tour was sensational. However, the ascent for inexperienced, less fit hikers is a high challenge. Partly the way up is hardly recognizable. There is a lot of weirdness that is fun, but not entirely without it. Vertigo is mandatory.
The tour should not be reversed.
The detour to the sea is recommended.

We are very excited about this tour! The last few kilometers were very challenging, the way was very overgrown and sometimes not easy to follow ... some thorns left their tracks ... with a little fitness and staying power even in warm weather well feasible but all in all, a very highly recommended tour ,

Hiking

Beautiful route but challenging - in the return section from the beach from about point 6, the path seems to have disappeared. We couldn't see any sort of path and it was more like scrabbling up the steepest part of the mountain. We ended up having to double back and retrace our steps to the beginning of the route (turning it into almost 16km 😴) BUT it was absolutely stunning.
