From Wikipedia: The Wittelsbach Jubilee Tower is a lookout tower at 400 m above sea level. NHN[1] Hohen Scheinberg in Arnshausen, a district of the Lower Franconian spa town of Bad Kissingen. It is one of the Bad Kissinger monuments and is registered under the number D-6-72-114-168 in the Bavarian List of Monuments .

Even in winter with minus degrees it is a nice destination. Only on the last part uphill you should be careful in winter when it is snowing as it can lead to rapid sleigh rides (which is of course also very worth seeing)
