Panoramic Road Sigriswil–Beatenberg with Views of Lake Thun

The small road connects at an altitude of about 1000 m, the community Sigriswil with Beatenberg. The paved route leads through the forest and along barren rocks and offers always beautiful views of Lake Thun. After about half of the way it goes in a 180 degree curve straight on in the beautiful Justistal.
In the section near Beatenberg the route leads through 2 approximately 200 m long tunnels, which offer a spectacular view of Lake Thun through a spectacular stone window. Lighting is highly recommended here.
It should also be noted that there is a winter lock on the section Justistal - Beatenberg between November and April. The exact opening time of the street can be found on the website of the municipality Sigriswil.

I think it is one of the most spectacular panoramic routes in the region. Must have done!

one of the most beautiful routes in Switzerland - from Thun via Goldiwil / Heiligenschwendi / Ringgoldswil / Sigriswil / Beatenberg / Interlaken-Unterseen / Krattigen / Spiez and back to Thun and finally in the Aarebad Schwäbis or in Lake Thun in Hünibach cool down!
