From here you can take the BVG ferry directly to Wannsee. In the summer on weekends, the waterfront promenade is quite full with several restaurants before the lake swallows up the rush of visitors again at 7.30 p.m. with the last ferry to Wannsee and peace returns.

The F10 ferry is an important transport link between the Wannsee district in Steglitz-Zehlendorf and Alt-Kladow in the Spandau district.
On weekdays, many commuters from Kladow use the ferry to get to the Wannsee S-Bahn station. With a distance of 4.4 kilometers, it is one of the longest ferry lines in Berlin and is popular with day trippers on weekends.
The 20-minute boat trip on the Großem Wannsee and Havel leads past the Havel island Schwanenwerder and opens up wide views over the Havel and its banks. At the landing stage in Alt-Kladow, a promenade with restaurants, playground and swimming area invites you to linger.

"Traffic connection:
In Wannsee, the F10 ferry to Alt-Kladow docks at the large steamboat landing near the Wannsee S-Bahn station, which is served by the S1 and S7 S-Bahn lines from downtown Berlin. It is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful brick train station to the steam harbor. From Alt-Kladow, the X34 bus takes around 40 minutes to the Zoo train station in City-West. "
