Tips
The Reit is a nature reserve in the four and Marschlanden with a size of 48 hectares. In addition to the ponds, which are overgrown with water lilies, there is a large vegetation with reeds and a dense willow stock on the shore. The area is a sought-after breeding and resting place for many European song and migratory birds, who can find shelter as well as abundant food here.
