The Glottertal community is one of the smallest wine-growing communities in Germany. The climatic and geological conditions of the valley not only favor the growth of the vines, but also have a decisive influence on the wines and give them a very special and unique taste. A wine trail was created a few years ago to explore the history and flora and fauna of the vineyards. The starting point of the approximately 3.5 km long route is the Glottertal sports field car park. It is directly opposite the Glottertal wine cooperative. The path leads up the valley along the winegrowers' path directly to the "Roter Bur" vineyard. This wine is known far beyond the country's borders and is valued for its quality.

A section of the winegrowing trail informing about the history of viticulture and regional history (unfortunately a large part of the remainder of the way was closed due to rockfall and slope stabilization)
