Here in 1905 the corner building Baedekerstr. 1 built in Leipzig as a warehouse for the large machine shop. The listed building of reinforced concrete with a yellow clinker façade was extended in 1926 by an additional storage building with plaster structure. As early as the end of the sixties, the building was rebuilt as an administrative building and expanded into a modern office building in the nineties. Among other things, an energy supplier used the building as a converter hall. Currently, the object is equipped with condominiums.
The publishing house Otto Spamer had its original office in the graphic quarter, more exactly Littstrasse. The printing shop was located at Crusius Straße 8-10 (printing house) and at Breitkopfstraße 7 the Großbuchbinderei.
1912 also took over the Schraderhaus Täubchenweg 26 including the machine hall. The Schraderhaus is a listed brick building which was built between 1911 and 1912 by Kaufmann Wilhelm Schrader as a printing works building. From 1925, the publisher took over the bookbindery Julius Hager in the Breitkopfstraße 9. At Spamer u. a. "Mein Kampf" printed, but many company buildings did not survive World War II. From 1949 renamed Leipziger Druckhaus and later incorporated in the interprint.
