    A worth seeing lilac blue and lilac: Many "rose trees" (Greek rhododendrons) wrap with their enchanting flower decoration every year in late May / early June, the avenue on several hundred meters in length in colors. For the summer residence on the Steinhuder Meer, the then Princely House selected the plants of the heather family as a border for the main access road.
