Bußmichel Cross (Knight’s Cross Conrad Reich)

The "Bußmichelkreuz" is an old stone cross for the Weinheim knight "Cunradus Reich", who died here.

Also popularly known as the Michel Buß Cross. The centuries-old original cross has been safe in the Viernheim local history museum for some time. A perfect replica can be found in the forest today. Slightly off the forest path and currently without any signage. When the trees are in full leaf, you have to look closely to find the lonely resting place.

A very beautiful place to hike and explore.
