There's actually only a cell phone transmission tower waiting for you at the summit, but the view over the surrounding valley is definitely worth seeing. In some places there isn't really a path. The slope and surface are not suitable for leisurely hikers.

The last 300 meters up the Puig are a bit strenuous. It goes up very steeply - and then back down the same way. Surefootedness and good footwear are required here. At the top you have a wonderful panoramic view - just fantastically beautiful.

There are two ways to hike Puig de la Font.

Option 1 starts at the edge of the village of Son Servera. There, you can either start on a footpath or continue right next to it on a very well-maintained, stone-paved path that climbs quite high. I assume this was built for a water pipe, which can be seen in places. From about halfway up, the path climbs quite steeply under the rock faces to the summit.

Option 2 starts south of the summit on the mountain saddle. This way, the summit can also be planned as a circular hike.

There are a few solar panels and transmission towers on the summit itself, but those who can look over (or next to) them will be rewarded with fantastic views of the surrounding area. I also saw two black goats.
