Tips
Wonderful ascent from Wynigen to Schmidigen. First a slightly rising approach to Kappelen. At the level of the school building, the incline increases for about 2km, to a good average of 6.5%. Can be driven very nicely and has a constant gradient. Very suitable for interval training. Be it for HIITs, U / O or just under 10 minutes of full throttle. Wynigen-Schmidigen is also a good way for newcomers to racing bikes to go up high for the first time. Not that steep and is at the top after a relatively short time and yet you can, if you want, work out completely.
