A very pleasant circuit between Marseillan and Balaruc. The edge of the pond is well laid out (cycle paths and little-used tarmac roads) with magnificent places and superb views of the pond. The sea side between Sete and Marseillan beach is of little interest... cycle path bordered on one side by the "parking lot, railway line" and on the other by wooden fences to retain the sand from the beach. We still see the sea from time to time...I regret not having found the mountain bike trail which borders the pond on the south side. We tried it, but the komoot data was not correct and we were ejected near the Listel property... The Balaruc Sète route is rather difficult, the cycle path runs along a 4 lane... So, when I'm doing the walk again, I'm no longer doing the loop, but a Balaruc/Marseillan return trip which is very pleasant!
