Fast Cross Country Descent - with great views towards Alfriston and Firle Beacon
Starting from the Lullington Heath area/gate near the edge of the woods on this map, you have an almost straight line all the way done to the Lullington Road. There is four areas to note:
* The first section is grassy but rutted/bumpy in places.
* Take care/look for other riders/walkers/horses at the bridleway crossing half way down.
* The next section is chalky and rutted
* The last section has lots of roots, chalk, gravely, some blind bends and exits onto a road, take care of people ascending the track and slow down/check traffic before exiting.
