After a crest the descent over a steep sandy embankment. A deeply cut dry valley. The Hell Canyon. A sounding and imposing name for the narrow, dark valley whose steeply sloping edges are barely 10 meters high.

The Hell Canyon Trail starts on the summit of Brunsberg! Full throttle at the entrance directly over loose gravel down the mountain towards the east. At the edge of the forest you are slowed down by a wooden barrier, which you can drive through, however. Please do not counterbrand at full throttle! The terrain changes from gravel to forest soil and sand, paired with some roots. After about half of the way, the path divides in 3 directions. Who does not know the trail, should go right along, because it is simply downhill there. On the left you drive the highline and land somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Who decides for the middle can jump directly into the hell gorge. Berms and jumps catapult you right down the trail, over roots, sand and forest floor. At the end it gets quieter, but with a bit of pedal power, this section is really fun! Break a leg!

The Höllenschluchtweg is an exciting dry valley in the forest, which is ideal for a short hike to Brunsberg (15min.). Ideal also for scavenger hunts with children. ...
