The Forsthaus Hohenroth is an old and former forester's lodge in the city of Netphen. Standing in the Rothaargebirge on the western edge of the natural area Eder-Lahnkopf-Rücken, it serves as an inn (Café Waldland) and forest information center Forsthaus Hohenroth and is a popular destination. It is also the highest inhabited house in Siegerland. Attractions include a deer enclosure, a Cyril path and a nature trail.

Outstanding cakes! After a strenuous uphill (almost no matter where you start from in the valley ... 😓) the sun rises again with a delicious piece of cake and an alcohol-free wheat "after-uphill menu" 😂😅 and the rushing descent over the paved forest highway to Obernautalsperre can be attacked i 😊😉 be cerefull !!
