Scuol, in German Schuls, is located in the Engadin / Graubünden. The name refers to the location of a church that stands on a cliff (Latin scopulus). Below flows the still young Inn. Scuol is known for its mineral water with natural carbon dioxide. An ideal place to refill the bottles at one of the many wells with healthy water. Also highly recommended is the Engadine nut cake, which is served in the cafes. Nice to look at are the typical Engadine houses, which give the place its special charm. Scuol is an ideal starting point for many tours, for example in the famous Uina gorge.
