Beautifully designed leisure facility around the Galgenmoorsee.
Interesting for different aspects. It offers touring cyclists space to rest on the surrounding benches. Those interested in history will enjoy the information provided on the air bath and the Kugelberg.

A little to the west of the city center is the "Galgenmoor" district, named after the lake of the same name, surrounded by tall trees, benches, a shelter and little traffic - so peace and quiet. For self-sufficient touring cyclists a well-suited resting place for a break in between.

The sentence found there: Quote "Unfortunately, the boat rental business fell victim to the outbreak of World War II." Quote end. is a profound intolerability that urgently needs to be changed.
