After torturing yourself for many hours up the steep path up to Alakul Lake, you will be rewarded with a campsite that is difficult to beat in terms of the panorama. All around glittering huge glacier areas, which are replaced at night by still glaring sparkling stars. The temperatures are pleasant on a nice summer day, but do not invite you to a bath in the adjacent Alakul lake.
