The sculpture stands on an island in the main barrier of the Rothsee, on the Hasenbruckinsel. Their total height is 4.5 meters with base. It consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic. The plastic can move on a vertically installed shaft. The wind chime is a symbol of the Rothsee. The plastic changes its position by wind or other force and gives a new view.
