On a narrow ridge between two deep ravines - on the right an ancient sunken road - we climb the height. The Teufelshaus is today a lookout pulpit with a wonderful view. Already at the time of the Margrave, a popular viewing pavilion stood here, to which Margrave Georg Wilhelm von Bayreuth had a straight alley created from the Wildbad in 1714, on which we continue our hike.

The Devil's House in the forest above Burgbernheim is a viewing platform built around a tree. From here you have a wonderful view. The name comes from an old legend that says that the devil is said to have been here. Unfortunately, the platform is currently closed and is to be renovated.
