If you want to know how fast you can go with your bike, try these two consecutive straight downhill sections of 1km each.
Since there are no corners you can see 1km ahead, plus the tarmac quality is quite okay and traffic is usually very low. Therefore in my opinion this section is a comparatively safe alternative for moderate speed tests.
(Riding fast on a bycicle is always very risky, so be espacially careful.)
