Hiking
The monastery was inaugurated by the bishop mons. Bruno Foresti on 8 October 1988, but this is only the last act of a long history. In fact since 1620 a family of Bienno allocated a land with buildings and an income in order to realize a desire, long lived in Valle Camonica: the erection of a monastery, whose foundation was to be entrusted to the Poor Clares.
