The Überlinger Gletschermühle:
It was created during the Würm Ice Age, when it was through deep crevasses
plunging and swirling meltwater, rounded cauldrons
formed. The glacier mill has a diameter of 20 meters
and is located above Goldbach near Überlingen.
Spiral-walled hollow forms in the ice are closed under glacier mills
see. The meltwater moves rock debris
different sizes in circular motion. Thereby
expand and deepen the glacier mill. There are
Glacier mills with a diameter of up to 20 meters.
You also have a fantastic view of Lake Constance and the Alps! 🤩👍
