There isn't just a mermaid in Copenhagen, there is also this Little Mermaid in Leer. This one, as well as another in this small park and the one in front of the Bünting tea shop, were created by the artist Böke. The old harbor extends further into a beautiful open-air museum for and with old ships and everything connected with them. Admission is free.
