In Höltigbaum, a large nature reserve in the east of Hamburg, you can cycle through beautiful scenery and watch animals. The perfect destination for a trip into the countryside. Galloways, sheep and goats are at home on the pastures of the Höltigbaum. In doing so, they fulfill an important task as landscape conservationists. In addition, many species of birds and wild animals such as rabbits and deer live in the nature reserve. Various cycling and hiking trails criss-cross through the Höltigbaum. You can choose a nice stretch of it yourself.
