Built in the last years of the reign of Louis XIII, the Château de Rabodanges is well representative of its time, with its architecture almost completely devoid of ornamentation, but offering a very successful subtle play between horizontal and vertical lines. This beautiful 17th century residence, which was the seat of a marquisate, harmonizes with its park which recalls the achievements of Le Nôtre. Located at the top of a promontory, it dominates the entire Orne valley, in the heart of Suisse Normande.
Classified historic monument.
