Something special: cream puffs with a wide variety of delicious fillings for big and big appetites. Prior reservation at peak times is recommended. The area offers a lot of varied nature. Possible hiking routes offer inclines and declines that require a little basic fitness.

  • Always worth a visit. The puffs are available in different versions and sizes. But there is also a "normal" menu

  • Open from Wednesday to Sunday in non-corona times. Delicious range of cream puffs and cakes. Visiting better on weekdays can be very busy on weekends.

  • I've never been a big fan of windbags, but it's guaranteed in this cafe.

  • Well located café-restaurant at the foot of Hohenstein Castle.
Opened in 2021/07 - with outside area, nice and nimble service in Bavarian costume. Beer costs 3.60, but it tastes much better! Seasonal menu with the meal promises delicious burgers with cheese and bacon for less than 10 €, the same applies to a tempting-looking veal schnitzel. We didn't taste it, but the reactions from other guests were very promising (positive).

He: Are there also cream puffs without cream?
You: No, then it would no longer be a cream puff!
