This building served as a school building for the children of the city of Blankenberg in 1867/1868.
In 1907 it was used as a residential building and a grocery store until 1971 when it was converted into a café for the first time - Café Krey.
The former Krey bakery was known for its popular cream puffs and daily fresh baked goods.
Even today, after a new owner took over in August '19, the most famous cream puffs remain, but we also enchant you with many other savory and sweet dishes.
