A great wild swimming lake in Beckenham Place Park – perfect for a mid-ride dip! You need a ticket to enter the lake area, which is open from 7am - 3pm. The lake has only just re-opened to the public. Although a lake existed here since the 1700s, it was filled in and used as a golf course for many years.

Lovely swimming lake in the middle of the park - you do need to book tickets in advance.
If you have kids there is a Saturday paddle board activity club which you can book them into whilst you have a swim.
