This section of the trail follows the Steinbeke stream.
The Steinbeke, which originates at the Bielstein Gorge, carries water only very rarely in this section. Water will only be found here after prolonged heavy rain or snowmelt. From Noak's Pump onwards, the streambed and the path diverge, and you can continue walking alongside the Steinbeke.

The Steinbeke has water on a few days a year. If you are not afraid of getting your feet wet, you should definitely try driving up the Steinbeke. This works better than you think. But you should practice it "dry" first.
