Yesterday I created a new segment at Strava."Dolberger Sprint Evaluation".Because when you drive down the mountain from the direction of Beckum, you already have enough momentum to let your tires burn at the traffic lights up to the sign at the entrance to the village 🚴💨🔥. I gave everything, but unfortunately it was only enough for 3rd place at the moment 🏆.

After the nice Markus was able to improve my talented repair skills 😅, I rocked a few laps through the village 🚴💨

At Easter we decided to do the Everesting Challenge.
      8848hm in one piece ⛰️
So today was the perfect day for the first training. After we drove around the Möhnesee once, I had to pass after 3 climbs. Markus the mountain goat of course tore more 👍.

      Soooo cool !!
Behind Potthoff / the colliery in Hamm there is a training area for racing cyclists only. In the hottest weather, of course, I tore a few laps and even 🏆 cleared (Strava).
Well at least the cut on the circuit was good 😅.

      A good deed a day ✅,
or two ✅, the other counts for tomorrow
After I was almost done with the wonderful Tour de Sunshine, I saw an elderly lady armed with a dustpan in vain trying to clear the snow from her car. After I found out that she is already 80 years old and had been running for 20 minutes, I was really amazed and shocked at the same time.
She was so happy that she competed with the sun with her rays 🤗.
Just before the parking lot I saw a lot like an elderly gentleman luckily soft in the snow. But he couldn't get up by himself anymore. There were enough people there who helped me with their looks, but then nobody really wanted to lend a hand. And then the excuse "Corona" doesn't count 😡.Corona and the extreme winter are far more than just a challenge for many people. That is why WE - the healthy & physically fitter ones - have to be much more attentive. Unfortunately, my expectation of humanity is a bit too great 😤🤷‍♂️.

After having trouble falling asleep all night, I got the information that someone had gone on a night hike. So I thought ... why not. So I put on my clothes and started walking at 5 a.m.I knew that it would not be a walk in the park. But I didn't expect something like that. Due to the snowdrifts, the snow whipped my face continuously, and the wind created some snow dunes which sometimes made walking a real pain. Of the nearly 14 km, I stomped for 12 km without a break and didn't run.On the way back I tried in vain to shovel an outpatient care car free. I felt a little sorry for the lady. But there was no chance, shoveling and underlay mats did not help 🤷‍♂️.But despite the extreme efforts, it was a very nice tour. And that is the most important 🤗.

Windy, cold, wet - but no snow in sight. I'm curious if it will really be that bad 🤔. I'm looking forward to it 🤟❄️☃️

The sun was only in the sky today for decoration.Despite the icy temperatures, the sun attracted one or the other racing bike rider to the road. That was almost the season feeling 😅.

I have to pat myself on the shoulder today. Due to the fact that I left too late and was missing a whole hour, I pulled the almost 20km without a break. Deniert was on the way 😅.The highlight of the day was definitely crossing the stream over a felled tree. The marked waypoint is only possible at a dry stream. Since this was not the case, an alternative had to be found. Even if I was able to cross the stream successfully, I had a small 💩 in my pants in the middle of the tree trunk, because then it began to wobble and swing properly 😱.

Today was the perfect day for the first 100. Partly wonderful spring weather and already in January. So all the sights were magically beautiful 🤩. And at the end I made a nice acquaintance 🐈😍. Perfect day !!
