From a sporting point of view, the ascent of 300 m is feasible and the percentage of the climb mostly remains in the single-digit range. The view along the way is beautiful.

Road cycling

Hardly any traffic. Moderate inclines, sometimes sunny, sometimes shady... Climbs alternate with flatter sections. Once at the top, the Emmental Valley and parts of the Bernese Oberland reveal themselves in all their beauty. Looking left, you'll see the green Emmental hills, looking ahead to the Hohgant and the Seven Hengsten, and looking right, you'll see the Aare Valley and the Stockhorn range.
