The ore was transported in ore, washed at the Lauchert and smelted in the smelting and hammer works of Thiergarten (1707). In 1877 the grave works were stopped in Veringenstadt. The blast furnaces were extinguished in 1879. Archipelagging, erupting, logging and working on cabbage plates and for transport gave many residents credit.
