Built in 1592 as an official building for the officials of Count von Falkenstein.
There used to be a coat of arms with a griffin's claw and the year 1592 above the tower entrance.
Privately owned since the beginning of the 18th century. Acquired by the municipality in 1989 for use as the town hall.
In the stair tower there is a spiral staircase with a "spindle" (central column). The old broken rafters from the construction period are still preserved in the roof truss.
