The idyllic island of Karsibór (Kaseburg) is one of the popular destinations of the spa town Świnoujście (Swinemünde).
It was part of the larger island of Usedom until the 19th century. Kaseburg only became an independent island in 1880 with the passage of the Kaiserfahrt, today's Kanał Piastowski.translated by
