Directly near the restaurant Teuterhof Hütt'n we drive into the black and white heap landscape. First, past a 10 m high steep wall of the white Kalkhalde. It is not a mining relic, but store here kohlesaure lime residues of a former soda factory. It continues to the "black" Gouley heap and long you do not have to wait until you come across the first of the 18 meters high and 1.50 meters long Graniteier. A little further up, a "lookout pulpit" was created.

Looks a bit bizarre - for me it could be dinosaur eggs on Lanzarote :-)

Mountain biking

There are 18 granite stones on Gouley Pit. An egg weighs 2 tons and is 150 cm tall. Landscape architect Norbert Kloeters placed the "Dino Eggs" in the contrarian landscape of white sodahalden and black mining waste dumps to create the prehistoric landscape.
