The Hundsberger sawmill was built between 1500 and 1600 as a ramming mill (for grain) with a medium-sized water wheel. It was later used as a community mill. Until about 1935 it was operated with hydropower. The mill wheel, which fell into disrepair in the 1960s, was replaced in 1980. In 2005 the building was given a new water wheel.
The mill was gradually modernized. However, parts of the transmission from the beginning of the last century are still preserved.
Today the sawmill is powered by electricity.
