It is located in the Lanzo Valleys and is unknown to most. The Colle della Dieta is located at 1450m asl at the end of a climb that starts from Mezzenile for about 12km. The slopes for the first 9km are fairly constant and not prohibitive, while for the last 3km they become decidedly more demanding and with a "rough" road surface
