In contrast to the hustle and bustle at the car park at the Drei Zinnen at the Rifugio Auronzo, this is a real gem: It is wonderfully quiet, the hut is beautifully embedded in the midst of majestic rocks and thus gives time and opportunity to see the whole scenario that surrounds the hiker at this point to absorb and enjoy. Splendid!

The Rif. Fonda Savio is located in the middle of the Sentiero Bonacossa, also the Sentiero Durissini leads here. You can walk up Misurina on an easy path.
