The Solnhofen monastery bakery is known far beyond the municipal boundaries, so the bread is sent all over the world via Munich. And at the shop you can see why: the bread delicious, the finest pastries, sweet & savory, nimble friendly staff cut and packed everything suitable for hiking. We should have had breakfast HERE, you mustn't miss taking at least a few treats with you 😉

The monastery bakery is very nice. It also looks fascinating inside. There are many different things to eat and drink. All the food and drink is of very good quality. Many things are made directly in the bakery and come from a long tradition. The toilets are also very nicely decorated and modern. It's really worth stopping by and eating here. One of the best and most beautiful bakeries I've ever been to!
