On the Burgeralm there is not only the cozy mountain inn, but until today also a real Almbetrieb. On the meadows around the pasture cows graze, whose milk is processed on the alpine pasture to alpine butter and organic cheese. And of course, these ingredients also come in the Tyrolean specialties that you get served here. Whether cheese dumplings, snacks with cheese or just a glass of milk - you can really taste the luck of the cows here. And if there is still some space in the backpack, you buy yourself a piece of cheese in the farm shop.
