It is a great bike path. However, with high summer temperatures without sun protection, or opportunities to buy drinks on the route.

Good to drive long distance. No possibility to get something to drink at the dam. Not a great shadow. In the heat, the entire route becomes really corrosive.

Nice asphalt, nice view to the left and right. You can (if you don't have a headwind) scurry in and out of style.
